Welcome to StoreBea. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund if the claim is approved.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, StoreBea will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is confirmed lost during transit, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund
